|Recommended: YesI think the property itself is amazing and well kept. — I love living here as i have since they opened the staff are professional, the site is clean, i feel safe. If i had a recommendation to make it better i would recommend more parking for visitors. When my mom drove from out of town she could not park on the property site because it was full the entire two days she visited. Otherwise amazing place to live.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live as a graduate student — This is an excellent place to live as a stressed out graduate student. The proximity to campus could not be more convenient, and I have never had an issue with noise or safety. Everyone here is friendly, and staff is always available and communicative for any issues. My dog and I love it here.

|Recommended: YesVery nice, clean, and feels safe — Incredibly nice environment to live in. The apartments are spacious and great layout with very nice fixtures. I also feel very safe living here.
|Recommended: YesA nice, quiet, and relaxing place to live. — It's a very quiet living complex where you can focus on studies or other things that would otherwise be difficult at other complexes. It's easy to get in and out of the complex and it's close in proximity to a lot of different places in Baton Rouge. Also, being able to walk around the lakes right out of the complex is really nice.

|Recommended: YesBest property around, no regrets whatsoever — Staff treats you like an actual adult and not a college kid, the buildings are extremely well-cared for, and it's located in a prime location if you attend LSU. Would highly recommend it if you can afford it.
|Recommended: NoNo dog area — No dog area for animals. Dogs get excited when they see other dogs and want to play. Today my grandmother was walking my dog and slipped and fell because there is no fenced in dog area for the dogs. Not very much parking and definitely not a big section for guest parking. The gym is too small for more than 3 people. Every other apartment complex has a dog area in Baton Rouge but this one

|Recommended: YesAmazing — I have lived here for a year now and have yet to come across a single negative thing to say. The ground and apartments are beautiful. Everything is safe, quiet, and always clean even the trash rooms are spotless . This is definitely quality living.
