Garage Parking: No vehicle is allowed to park in the garage without proper parking tags. Parking tag must be displayed and visible from outside the vehicle. One (1) Vehicle per occupant with limits per unit. The limits per household are as follows: 1 bedroom-2 vehicle maximum allowed, 2 bedroom-2 vehicle maximum allowed, 3 bedroom-3 vehicle maximum allowed. Parking Garage: Residents are to park in a uniform manner (within the lines) to assure that other vehicles, driveways, and fire lanes etc. are not blocked. Guests are to park in the visitor parking garage only. Due to limited guest parking spaces there will be NO GAME DAY GUEST PARKING ALLOWED ON GAME DAYS! SPEED LIMIT OF 5MPH STRICTLY ENFORCED. Reserved parking spaces are available upon requests at additional rates. Unauthorized Assigned/Covered Parking: Residents or Guests who park in restricted or reserved parking spaces assigned to other Leased Premises without authorization (if assigned parking is available) will be towed at owner’s expense without prior warning. Execution of this Addendum waives Lessor’s responsibility to provide Residents, Occupants or their Guests with a verbal or written warning prior to towing vehicle. Noise Level: Stereos in vehicles played within the community at a level that can be heard from outside the vehicle are not permitted. Excessive noises caused by vehicles in disrepair (muffler, etc.) will require immediate correction by Resident once notified by Lessor. Behavior in the parking lot creating excessive noise such as yelling or other disturbance is not permitted. Unauthorized/Unsightly Vehicles: Vehicles that are unauthorized, not properly licensed, inoperable or unsightly will be towed at owner’s expense if not removed within the time specified by Lessor. Vehicle Repairs: Resident or Guests may not use the parking lot to repair or provide maintenance to vehicles. Vehicles in need of repair that cause oil or fluid leakage onto the parking lot are no
