|Recommended: YesBest apartments in BR — It's more expensive than some of the other apartments near campus, but it's worth the price. The tranquil water garden and balcony are way nicer than anything you'd find at other places. The parking garage is convenient and its in a nice area that's close to anything you could need. The gym is also great for when I don't have time to go to the actual gym but still need a workout. Being able to pay rent online is great after living in a place that made you pay rent in person during office hours. The package pickup room is really nice too. The whole thing is nice. Only problem is sometimes guest parking fills up quickly, but if you just ask people to park across the street and take the crosswalk there's no issues. Great place, would recommend.
|Recommended: YesJust moved in at this well located Apartments — The property has a lovely location south of university lakes. Leasing staff is very cooperative and look forward to getting to know the residents and maintenance staff.
|Recommended: YesSeamless Move-In — The staff of Bayonne at Southshore are amazing, and the entire complex is beautiful My apartment was freshly cleaned when I recently moved in, and anything that needs minor maintenance is taken care of right away. I love overlooking the beautiful water garden, and having the University Lakes right out front leads to some great walks and views Would definitely recommend to any graduate students or local workers looking for something a little nicer than undergraduate housing.
